All the nurses and doctors were very helpful during the procedure. This was my first time in the hospital and I was very nervous but the staff helped me to relax. After the procedure the cardiologist explained to me my diagnosis and way forward.
Held in waiting room for video call for 30 mins. I hung up in the end
Lovely to speak to Laura, thank you
Myley was very friendly and informative
Waited hours for a tribe test doctor told me that he informed nursing staff 9 times. It took ages for pain control to be give and the pain control was inadequate. I did not feel that the staff cared and you could hear nurses gossiping at the station whilst I was in pain. They forgot I was a diabetic and did not even do a blood test. The hospital is a disgrace with many jobworth staff who have ego to boot.
The service was great and informative.
Very thorough questions, finding out all symptoms before explaining exercises,
Virtual appointment went well
Video assessment appointment but it was very efficiently managed by the physiotherapist.
physio was very helpful and clear in the instructions regarding the hand exercises that he gave me to do also he made clearer to me the timescale of healing and weightbearing re wrist operation all of which was conveyed to ne in a relaxed friendly manner
